International Office of UIN Siber Syekh Nurjati Cirebon's Final Preparation for Major Launch Event of Double Track Program and Syekh Nurjati German Centre

Cirebon, August 2, 2025  The International Office & Global Engagement Team (student intern) of UIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon gathered to carry out the final preparations for the highly anticipated event “From Cyber Campus to the European Job Market: Launching & Socializing the Double Track Program and Syekh Nurjati German Centre.” Their shared focus was to ensure that all components of the event would be executed smoothly during the official launch scheduled for Sunday, August 3, 2025. The coordination involved thoughtful planning, team collaboration, and a commitment to excellence.

The preparation centered on four essential elements: the Master of Ceremony (MC), Qur’an recitation, prayer session, and documentation. The MC was carefully briefed on the structure of the event, transitions between sessions, and key messages to be conveyed. “We want the flow to feel natural, warm, and informative for all attendees,” said Wulan Putri Islami, a member of the student intern team. Every moment was rehearsed in detail to avoid last-minute surprises on the big day.

The team also designated individuals for the Qur’an recitation and prayer segments, both of which will open the event in line with the university’s Islamic identity. These ceremonial moments are not just formalities but reflections of the values carried by the institution. The International Office emphasized that maintaining a spiritual tone is vital to grounding the academic and international goals of the program. Rehearsals ensured that the readings would be delivered with grace and confidence.

Meanwhile, the documentation team, composed of student interns, conducted a venue walkthrough to plan photo and video coverage. Strategic camera placements and lighting considerations were discussed to ensure high-quality results. The team will be responsible for capturing key highlights—from formal remarks to candid moments between participants. “We want to make this launch not only visible but memorable through the content we create,” said Mitsni Uswatun Hasanah.

A brief technical run-through was also held to check audio equipment, microphone clarity, and venue acoustics. The room layout, backdrop, and seating arrangements were reviewed and refined by the team to ensure both aesthetic appeal and functional flow. The International Office & Global Engagement Team showed strong initiative in handling these logistics, demonstrating a high level of responsibility and coordination.

This effort is part of the International Office’s broader commitment to global readiness. The Double Track Program is designed to equip students with both academic qualifications and vocational skills relevant to international job markets, especially in Europe. Complementing this, the Syekh Nurjati German Centre will serve as a platform for language learning, intercultural engagement, and employment access. Together, these initiatives reflect UIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon’s growing role as a globally oriented cyber university.

The preparation concluded with a briefing for all team members regarding arrival times and duties for Sunday. Everyone was encouraged to stay connected and proactive during the event. With everything in place, the International Office is optimistic that the launch will be both meaningful and impactful. The spirit of collaboration shown during the preparation reflects the university’s vision for student-centered, globally connected innovation.
