The International Office of UIN Siber Syekh Nurjati Cirebon Gears Up for AsiaCALL 2025 Through a Strategic Coordination Meeting to Strengthen Teamwork and Ensure Event Readiness

Cirebon, November 7, 2025 — The International Office of UIN Siber Syekh Nurjati Cirebon held a coordination meeting led by Lala Bumela, Ph.D., along with members of the Global Engagement Team (GET). The meeting aimed to ensure that every member thoroughly understands their duties as participant, presenter and committee and responsibilities ahead of the AsiaCALL Conference 2025. “Every member must understand their role and carry out their duties responsibly—whether managing logistics, catering, or conference support,” emphasized Lala Bumela, Ph.D. The meeting reflected a shared enthusiasm and focus, as each participant realized the importance of teamwork in representing UINSSC at an international level.

The discussion focused on detailed task distribution and maintaining strong coordination across divisions. Each GET member was reminded to understand the event rundown to avoid miscommunication and ensure smooth execution. Divisions such as logistics, catering, documentation, and digital coordination were expected to work closely to achieve harmony throughout the event. Lala Bumela, Ph.D., also highlighted that punctuality and discipline are key values that reflect the professionalism of the International Office. Careful preparation, he added, serves as a foundation for success in global collaboration.

Another key point discussed was the importance of maintaining effective communication among team members during the conference. The International Office emphasized that collaboration and responsiveness would be crucial in managing the dynamic environment of an international academic event. Each team was encouraged to be proactive in anticipating challenges and providing solutions efficiently. These reminders reinforced the spirit of readiness and adaptability that defines GET’s work ethic.

Attention then turned to the certificate format that will be used for AsiaCALL 2025. The certificates will be prepared collaboratively by the team responsible for certificate production, ensuring both accuracy and aesthetic quality. Lala Bumela, Ph.D., noted that attention to detail reflects the professionalism and consistency of the International Office. Beyond its design, the certificate represents appreciation for the dedication and effort of all committee members. It also stands as a symbol of UINSSC’s contribution to the global academic community.

Throughout the meeting, participants showed great enthusiasm and readiness to take on their respective responsibilities. The discussions reflected not only the team’s strong organizational spirit but also their collective commitment to making the AsiaCALL 2025 a success. Each division expressed their dedication to maintaining high standards and ensuring that the event runs smoothly. The coordination meeting became a moment to reaffirm shared goals and strengthen cooperation among all members.

As the session concluded, Lala Bumela, Ph.D., expressed her gratitude and optimism for the team’s efforts. “Make sure everything runs perfectly—this is our chance to showcase our capability and unity as part of UINSSC,” he stated with confidence. The meeting ended on an inspiring note, with the GET members leaving the room feeling motivated and proud. Their combined commitment and teamwork are expected to bring success not only to the AsiaCALL Conference but also to further elevate UINSSC’s presence in international academic collaboration.
